Some products really get us going when they’re introduced. The Boostcase was certainly one of those products. From the time we received the first email introducing us to the company and product we’ve been itching to stock it. From the way it looks, to what it does for the iPhone and its user, the Boostcase for iPhone 4 could potentially be one of the best battery pack cases made to date.

The Boostcase is designed mainly for the heavy iPhone user in mind, and once connected, will provide the user with almost double the amount of battery life with its massive 1900mah Li-Polymer battery. This means that those of you that start work early, but find yourself staying late (for the third night in a row!) won’t ever have to take your charger into you again!

The thing that trumps the Boostcase over all other battery pack cases littering the market is the dual functionality the case offers. With the battery pack connected, the Boostcase does add a slight amount of bulk to your skinny iPhone (approx. 8.7mm), so the Boostcase offers you the choice. If you find the battery pack is not needed 24/7, the ultra-thin snap-on back case will provide a small amount of drop and scratch protection, whilst ensuring your iPhone 4 or 4S still looks the part.

The Boostcase range comes in a selection of vibrant colours. Best of all, you can mix and match whenever you want, as battery packs and the Snap-On back cases can be purchased separately.
The battery packs come in black and white. The Snap-On cases come in blue, white, pink and black with more colours to be confirmed at a later date.

Buy your new Boostcase for iPhone 4 and 4S from ForYourGadget.com! Only £58.99 including postage and packaging.

Nobody wants to damage their iPhone. They’re now an important part of day-to-day life and are rather expensive – in case you hadn’t noticed. But, sometimes a fateful moment occurs. It may be a knock, slip, trip or loosened grip, it doesn’t take a lot for your iPhone to escape from your control.

Whilst iPhone’s are pretty solid devices, it doesn’t stand much chance in a head on collision with a concrete slab following a 4 foot+ fall. Even if you haven’t done it yet, I think we all have a friend who has ‘written off’ an iPhone or who has at least shattered that previously perfect glass screen.

Styluses have been used for writing on tablets for ages – seriously, thousands of years. Even the Romans were doodling on tablets with them. Admittedly their tablets were made of wax, but still. More surprisingly perhaps, is that the stylus has barely changed over several millennia – for many still a simple pointed object with which you can make a quick note.

Tablet technology has come on somewhat more considerably. No longer are tablets made of wax, they are made from glass and feature apps! And lots of them too. You can draw, write and paint as if you are using a pen, paintbrush or crayon and with only one finger or stylus! Surely then, there must be a stylus that has kept up with these outlandish devices…

Well of course there is. The Adonit Jot Pro Stylus for iPad strives where others have rested on their laurels. Adonit have revolutionised the stylus for the 21st century, making it a relevant, useful tool once again. Continue reading
